Wings Unfurled: Discover Inner Peace, Harmony & Freedom
Anne is a trained therapist, supervisor, and trainer providing therapeutic services, wellness and counsellor training, and clinical supervision to an international client base that includes Canada, USA, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand.
Anne maintains a private practice from her home office in Chemainus, on Vancouver Island, located in a quiet wood-like setting that provides a safe haven from the stress and worry of today’s complex world.
For all of Anne’s clients, the focus is to help people become more congruent (inner harmony), confident, better choice makers, and experience their worth and competence. She helps people to connect with their inner core, discover their strengths, and experience renewed vitality, inner peace, and freedom.
Anne’s career spans 35+ years and includes work within family counselling, mental health, education, hospice, and various community settings.
Anne’s counselling, supervision, and training services are based upon the following deeply held beliefs:
Each person is unique and has untapped capacities, gifts, and potential
Each person can take charge of their world and learn how to neutralize or transform the grip of their pain
With skilled counselling, each person can experience new possibilities, hope, and life meaning
Each person deserves unconditional respect, acceptance, and regard for their right to make their own life choices
Every person deserves to experience their own worth, their own treasured uniqueness, and their life-giving essence
Each person can find their inner joy and experience more inner peace, harmony, and freedom
